How we do it
We make our kimchi lovingly by hand near Woodbridge in Suffolk. All our vegetables are freshly sourced from local suppliers.
Our kimchi is made to traditional recipes, so it's full of authentic flavour and consistently delicious.
We have a range of products to suit most palates, but with one thing in common - they are all totally moreish!
Crunchy, spicy, with loads of zing.
Traditional "white" kimchi. A milder vegan experience without the gochugaru (chilli flakes).
Refreshing, with added richness from shiitake mushroom and kelp stock.
Full-flavoured, with blasts of extra spice.
Keep your kimchi refrigerated. To enjoy this product as its best, eat within two weeks of opening. (You can find out the age of this kimchi by checking the best before date which is 100 days after packaging.) All our products are gluten-free with no additives.
