Fresh, tangy and delicious, our kimchi is made to a traditional recipe from the Jeollanam-do province of South Korea... ...but we make ours in lovely Woodbridge.
Kimchi is a Korean side dish made by fermenting baechu (napa cabbage) with oriental radish, gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes), garlic, ginger and other tasty ingredients.
You can eat it on its own, or with a bowl of steamy rice, on top of sour dough bread, as a side dish for fish, wrapped up in lettuce with meat, put it in a burger or even on pizza. It's up to you how you enjoy it.
